The Climate Voucher is a Singapore government programme run by NEA and PUB. Eligible HDB and private residential households can claim $400 Climate Voucher through RedeemSG on Singpass and spend them on energy- and water-efficient household items, including DC ceiling fans. Vouchers expire 31 December 2027.

Only direct current (DC) ceiling fans qualify. Alternating current (AC) fans are not covered by the scheme. At Hai Guan Seng we stock DC ceiling fans from KDK, Fanco, Crestar, Bestar and Elmark, priced from around S$280. Several of our DC fans fall entirely under the $400 voucher.

(1) Claim your voucher on RedeemSG via Singpass at go.gov.sg/cv-claim. (2) Pick a DC fan here or WhatsApp us to reserve. (3) Visit 31 Kelantan Lane with your NRIC and the voucher QR on your phone. (4) Show the QR at our counter, we scan it on our NEA-whitelisted POS and the voucher settles instantly.

Yes. Message us at +65 8302 4888 with the fan you want and we'll set it aside for up to 48 hours. The voucher scan itself has to happen in-store at our counter, NEA rules, but WhatsApp is the fastest way to check stock, reserve a unit, and arrange a time to drop by.

Yes. Installation is a separate service (not covered by the Climate Voucher, which applies only to the product). Our licensed installer team handles ceiling fan installation across HDB, condo and landed properties in Singapore. Same-week slots are usually available.

Yes, the full $400 can be applied in a single transaction. Per NEA rules, one household holds one set of vouchers.

No. NEA requires in-store redemption at a whitelisted POS. Our website shows you stock and lets you reserve on WhatsApp, the voucher itself is scanned in person at 31 Kelantan Lane.

You're welcome to send a screenshot when asking questions or reserving stock, but the actual voucher scan still happens in person at our counter, it's an NEA requirement. Drop by with your NRIC and the QR on your phone, and we'll settle it at checkout.

You pay the difference at the counter. Most of our popular DC ceiling fans are between $280 and $600, the voucher covers most of the bill, sometimes all of it.

Singapore Citizens and PRs registered at an HDB flat, and SCs registered at a private residential property, are eligible. Check go.gov.sg/cv-claim with your Singpass to see your household's voucher status.
