No existing point: new wiring, trunking, switch. May require a Licensed Electrical Worker. 1.5–3 hours.

Five things that move the price
| Ceiling height | Under 2.9m is the basic package. Taller ceilings need longer drop rods and more labour. |
| Ceiling type | Concrete is straightforward. False ceilings need reinforcement or a support bracket — always tell us first. |
| Existing point | Swapping an old fan or light is quick. No point means new wiring, trunking and possibly an LEW sign-off. |
| Cornice or regulator | Cornices can block blade clearance; old AC dial regulators must be bypassed for DC fans. |

The quoted install covers the basic package below. Any work beyond it (false ceiling, cornice, regulator, ceiling over 2.9m, new electrical point) is chargeable as an add-on.

The ceiling fan will be installed on a ceiling, comfortably within the 2.9m ceiling height, with NO additional works being done.

The electrical point may be an existing light source or fan. Our team will help you DISPOSE the existing fixture and install the new one.

How much does ceiling fan installation cost in Singapore?+
As a market guide: a straight swap onto an existing fan point typically runs S$50–S$120; installs involving a false ceiling, cornice or ceiling over 2.9m usually add S$30–S$100; and a brand-new fan point with wiring is commonly S$150–S$300+. What does the basic installation package cover?+
A concrete ceiling under 2.9m with an existing electrical point (light or old fan). The team removes and disposes of the old fixture and mounts the new fan. Anything beyond that — false ceiling, cornice, regulator, higher ceiling, new wiring — is quoted as an add-on.
Does the NEA Climate Voucher or CDC Voucher cover installation?+
No. Both vouchers cover the product only. Installation is invoiced separately.
Do I need a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW)?+
Not for a swap onto an existing point. Yes for any new wiring, moving a fan point, or running cable through a wall. Our installer team is licensed, so either scenario is covered when you book through us.
How long does an installation take?+
A standard swap takes 30–45 minutes. A new fan point with rewiring takes 1.5–3 hours. False-ceiling reinforcement can take half a day plus a return visit for touch-up.
Can you install fans I bought elsewhere?+
