Delivery
We deliver Singapore-wide. Delivery is free for orders above S$200; below that, a delivery fee is quoted based on the items and your address. Delivery covers drop-off only — installation is a separate service (see below).
Self-collection
You’re welcome to collect in person at our counter: 31 Kelantan Lane #01-10/14, Singapore 200031 (three minutes from Jalan Besar (DT22)). Opening hours: Mon–Fri · 8am–4:30pm; Sat · 8am–2:30pm; Sun & PH · Closed. WhatsApp us first (+65 8302 4888) and we’ll have your order ready.
Lead times
In-stock items are usually ready within a few working days; some fan models arrive only every few weeks. We confirm the expected timing on WhatsApp before you pay, and update you if anything changes.
Installation
Ceiling-fan installation (HDB, condo, landed) is carried out by our licensed team and booked separately from delivery. It is quoted apart from the product and is not covered by the Climate Voucher.
Coverage
We deliver within Singapore only. Access-restricted addresses (certain industrial sites, restricted estates) may need special arrangement — let us know and we’ll advise.
