These terms govern your use of this website and your purchases from Hai Guan Seng Trading Service (UEN 28222700L), 31 Kelantan Lane #01-10/14, Singapore 200031. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Products & pricing
Prices are in Singapore Dollars and may change without notice. Product images and descriptions are for reference; finishes and specifications can vary by batch. Stock is not guaranteed — some models arrive only every few weeks, so we’ll confirm availability before you commit.
Orders & payment
You can order in-store, via WhatsApp (+65 8302 4888), or online where checkout is enabled. Accepted payment includes PayNow, card and cash in-store, and our secure online payment gateway. First-time orders are paid on collection or before delivery; credit terms are extended only to established trade accounts. An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it and (where applicable) payment is received.
Climate & CDC Vouchers
We are on the NEA Climate Voucher whitelist. Climate and CDC Vouchers can only be redeemed in person at our counter, scanned on our approved POS — they cannot be applied to online orders. The Climate Voucher applies to eligible DC ceiling fans only and covers the product, not installation. Bring your NRIC and the voucher QR (Singpass / RedeemSG). All voucher redemptions follow the prevailing NEA / CDC scheme rules.
Warranty
We are an authorised dealer, so products carry the manufacturer’s Singapore warranty, with claims handled at our counter. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modification, or damage from improper installation. Our liability is limited to the applicable warranty and the value of the goods.
Installation
Installation is a separate service, quoted apart from the product and carried out by our licensed team. Final scope and price depend on site conditions (ceiling type, height, existing wiring); we confirm these before the job.
Limitation of liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
