We want you to be happy with your purchase from Hai Guan Seng Trading Service. This page explains how returns, exchanges and warranty claims work.

Faulty or defective goods

If an item arrives faulty or develops a fault within its warranty period, contact us and we’ll arrange a repair, exchange or warranty claim with the manufacturer. As an authorised dealer, warranty is handled at our counter — no shipping the unit overseas. Please keep your receipt and, where possible, the original packaging.

Change of mind

Change-of-mind returns are at our discretion. Items must be unused, in original unopened packaging, with proof of purchase, within 7 days of collection or delivery; a restocking fee may apply. The following are not returnable: items already installed or used, cut-to-length cable, special or indent orders, and clearance / display units.

Voucher-redeemed items

Items purchased using the NEA Climate Voucher or CDC Vouchers are subject to the prevailing government scheme rules on returns and refunds. We’ll advise you on what’s possible case by case.

How to start a return

WhatsApp us at +65 8302 4888 or email haiguanseng@gmail.com with your order details and, for a fault, a short photo or video. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days.
