Three steps
From voucher to free fan
- 01
Claim your voucher
Log in with Singpass at go.gov.sg/cv-claim (RedeemSG). Takes under five minutes; the QR appears in the app.
- 02
Pick your fan
Anything on this page is fully covered. Not sure what fits your room? WhatsApp us your flat type and we'll shortlist three.
- 03
Scan at our counter
Show the voucher QR at 31 Kelantan Lane #01-10/14. We scan it, you pay S$0 for the fan. Add basic installation for S$40 per fan and we'll book the slot on the spot.
Spend the rest of your basket on CDC. Vouchers from all five CDCs work on everything else we sell — LED bulbs, switches, a second fan's difference. Climate Voucher first, CDC on the remainder.
How CDC stacking worksInstallation
Free covers a basic install.
Here's where extras start.
Your voucher covers the fan plus our S$40 basic installation — that's a straight swap onto an existing fan point on a concrete ceiling up to 3m. If your ceiling needs more than that, the extra work is chargeable and we quote it before we start. No surprises at the door.
Basic installation only
The quoted install covers the basic package below. Any work beyond it (false ceiling, cornice, regulator, ceiling over 2.9m, new electrical point) is chargeable as an add-on.
What the basic install covers
BELOW 2.9M CEILING HEIGHT
The ceiling fan will be installed on a ceiling, comfortably within the 2.9m ceiling height, with NO additional works being done.
EXISTING POINT / SOURCE
The electrical point may be an existing light source or fan. Our team will help you DISPOSE the existing fixture and install the new one.
FALSE CEILING
Please ensure the electrical point is on a concrete ceiling under 2.9m in height. If it's on a false ceiling, inform us. If unsure, a photo would be helpful.
OTHER THINGS TO TAKE NOTE OF
If your existing electrical point is on any of these, please DO INFORM US. If unsure, please send us a photo.
- FALSE CEILING
WhatsApp us a photo of your ceiling before install day so we can flag any extras and quote them upfront.
Common questions
What people ask at the counter
Is it really free, including installation?
Yes — every fan on this page is priced so the fan plus our S$40 basic installation still lands inside your S$400 Climate Voucher, so you pay S$0 at the counter and the fan gets fitted. The catch to know: it covers BASIC installation only. If your ceiling needs anything extra — a longer drop rod, a false or high ceiling, new wiring or a brand-new fan point — that part is chargeable and we'll quote it before any work starts.
Which fans qualify for free fan plus installation?
Any DC ceiling fan priced at S$360 or below, because S$360 for the fan plus S$40 for basic installation equals the S$400 voucher exactly. That's most of our Acorn, Youkian, Fanco and Bestar range, plus selected Crestar, Alaska, Spin, Decco, Mowe and Point One models. This page lists every one, sorted by price.
What if I want a fan that costs more than S$360?
You can still use the voucher — it just won't cover everything. The S$400 comes off the total and you pay the difference. For example a S$499 fan with basic installation comes to S$539, so you'd pay S$139 at the counter. WhatsApp us the model and we'll work out your exact out-of-pocket before you come down.
How do I redeem it?
Claim your Climate Voucher on RedeemSG with Singpass (go.gov.sg/cv-claim), then bring the voucher QR to our counter at 31 Kelantan Lane. We scan it on the spot — redemption is in-person only, vouchers can't be used online.
What exactly does the basic installation include?
Mounting the fan on an existing fan point on a concrete ceiling up to 3m, balancing it, pairing the remote and testing it. It does not include new wiring, moving or creating a fan point, false-ceiling or plasterboard reinforcement, or high-ceiling work — those are quoted separately. Send us a photo of your ceiling on WhatsApp and we'll tell you which applies before you commit.
Can I stack CDC Vouchers on top?
Yes. If your basket includes anything beyond the fan — LED bulbs, switches, a second fan where you pay the difference — CDC Vouchers can cover the rest. Climate Voucher applies first on the eligible DC fan, then CDC on the remainder.
When does the Climate Voucher expire?
31 December 2027. Each eligible household gets one S$400 voucher. Installer slots get scarce as the deadline approaches, so don't sit on it.
