Free-fan questions we hear at the counter
Is the fan really free?+
The fan, yes — if its price is at or under S$400, the NEA Climate Voucher covers the full amount and you pay S$0 for the product at our counter. Installation is invoiced separately (the voucher covers the product only), and any optional extras like a longer drop rod are chargeable.
Which fans are fully covered by the $400 Climate Voucher?+
Every DC ceiling fan we sell at S$400 or below — that's most of our Acorn, Youkian, Fanco and Bestar range, plus selected Crestar, Alaska, Spin, Decco, Mowe and Point One models. This page lists exactly what qualifies, sorted by price.
How do I redeem it?+
Claim your Climate Voucher on RedeemSG with Singpass (go.gov.sg/cv-claim), then bring the voucher QR to our counter at 31 Kelantan Lane. We scan it on the spot — redemption is in-person only, vouchers can't be used online.
Does the voucher cover installation?+
No. The Climate Voucher covers the product only. Our licensed installer team quotes installation separately — basic install covers concrete ceilings up to 3m with an existing fan point.
Can I stack CDC Vouchers on top?+
Yes. If your basket includes anything beyond the fan — LED bulbs, switches, a second fan where you pay the difference — CDC Vouchers can cover the rest. Climate Voucher applies first on the eligible DC fan, then CDC on the remainder.
When does the Climate Voucher expire?+
31 December 2027. Each eligible household gets one S$400 voucher. Installer slots get scarce as the deadline approaches, so don't sit on it.
